Syailendra MSCI Indonesia Value Index Fund will conduct investments with a portfolio composition of minimum 80% (eighty percent) and maximum 100% (one hundred percent) of Net Asset Value in equity securities issued by corporations offered through Public Offering and traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange registered in the MSCI Value Index; and minimum 0% (zero percent) and maximum 20% (twenty percent) of Net Asset Value in domestic money market instruments with maturity of no more than 1 (one) year and/or deposits; in accordance with applicable regulations in Indonesia. Investment in shares registered in the MSCI Value Index shall amount to at least 80% (eighty percent) of all shares registered in the MSCI Value Index. The proportion of each share will be determined on a pro rata basis following the weight (weighting) of each share against the MSCI Value Index, where the weighting of each share is at least 80% (eighty percent) and at most 120% (one hundred twenty percent) of the weighting of each share in the MSCI Value Index.
