Syailendra Liberty Fund (SLF)

Investment Objective

SYAILENDRA LIBERTY FUND aims to provide maximum investment returns through investment in debt securities denominated in foreign currency (US Dollar) which still have considerable potential for growth in the medium to long term while adhering to the investment policy provisions.

Investment Policy

SYAILENDRA LIBERTY FUND will conduct investments in an investment portfolio with a minimum investment composition of 80% (eighty percent) and a maximum of 100% (one hundred percent) of Net Asset Value in debt securities issued by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and/or corporations that have been sold in Public Offerings and/or traded on Stock Exchanges both domestically and abroad, a minimum of 0% (zero percent) and a maximum of 15% (fifteen percent) of Net Asset Value in equity securities issued by corporations that have been sold in Public Offerings and/or traded on Stock Exchanges both domestically and abroad, and a minimum of 0% (zero percent) and a maximum of 20% (twenty percent) of Net Asset Value in domestic Money Market Instruments with a maturity of less than 1 (one) year and/or deposits; denominated in US Dollar in accordance with regulations applicable in Indonesia. In the case of investing in foreign securities, SYAILENDRA LIBERTY FUND shall refer to regulations applicable in Indonesia and the law of the country underlying the issuance of such foreign securities.
